Process Serving

We provide process serving of documents with fast economical service to Melbourne's northern suburbs and beyond.

Steps Involved

To assist those who are requiring process service for the first time, or those that haven't used our services before, the usual steps to obtaining service is provided below.


Request an estimate using the form on this page. We will get back to you with a price and approximate turnaround time including answers to any other questions you may have.


When you are ready to proceed note that payment is required in advance. The easiest method is via our online payments section on the contact page. Alternatively you can mail a cheque/postal note with your documents.


Insert into an envelope (we recommend using Australia Post's Express Service):

  • Your documents
  • A photo of the respondent if available
    We recommend a photo to enable a successful service should the respondent refuse to sign or identify themselves.
  • A blank affidavit of service in the format required if available
  • A cover letter with your contact details
  • Payment if paying by cheque/postal note.

and send it to PO Box 63, Craigieburn Vic 3064.


Once everything is received we will schedule attempts - usually your price will include up to 3 attempts at a single address. You will be updated once these attempts have been completed.

If successful an affidavit of service will be completed, sworn before a Sergeant of Police, Justice of the Peace, Lawyer or Bail Justice and returned to you, usually via express post.
